If a jar arrives broken, leaking, or just isn't for you, we make it right.
Broken in transit
Send a photo to hello@grillinggloss.com within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement free. No need to send anything back.
Didn't love it
Opened or not, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund the jar or swap it for a different flavor. Sauce is subjective. We'd rather you find one you love.
Subscriptions
Skip, swap or cancel from your account any time before the next ship date. Already shipped? Email us and we'll sort it.
